How can we help?
Prospective households and Professionals may ask about the controlled beta. Current participants may ask for help with an invitation, sign-in, household setup or their assessment. There is no public self-service checkout at this time.
For technical support, contact us if you cannot:
- receive or accept a household invitation;
- sign in or start an invited household;
- save or complete an interview; or
- open published household results.
Please do not include passwords, account numbers, private interview answers, or secure invitation links in your message.
